4.- Is there a warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?
Yes, USA Auto Collision Center will repair your vehicle to it's pre-accident condition complete with a written, limited-lifetime warranty.
5.- Do I have to pay a deductible?
The amount of the deductible that you will be responsible for is determined by your insurance policy. If you carry standard collision, you will have to pay your deductible regardless of whether you or the other driver was at fault. If you carry broad collision, and are not at fault, your insurance company will most likely waive your deductible. Insurance companies determine fault by your account of the accident, when you make the claim, and by reviewing the accident report filed with the police department.
6.- Who do I pay my deductible to?
If your deductible is not waived, it will be your responsibility to pay USA Auto Collision Center after your vehicle its repair and you are satisfied with our work you'll be responsible for the deductible.
7.- What forms of payment do you accept?
The easiest and most convenient way to pay for your portion of the repairs to your vehicle is with a major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash.
8.- Can I wash my car?
Recommendations and precautions in the first 30 days
- - Wash the vehicle by hand with cool water and a very mild car wash
solution using a soft cloth or sponge. Always use fresh clean water.
Wash your vehicle in the shade.
- - Do not use a commercial car wash. Stiff brushes or sponges could mar
the finish and damage the surface. Do not "dry wipe" your vehicle. Dry
wiping can scratch the finish. Avoid gravel roads. Chipping the finish
is easily done in the first 30 days. Avoid parking under trees and
utility lines, which are likely to attract birds. Bird droppings have
a high acid content and will damage a freshly painted surface.
9.- What is Laser Technology for Precision Repair?
You want your vehicle repaired right the first time. And so do we. That's why we use computerized measuring systems. They take the guesswork out of repairing your vehicle and assures you of picture perfect results.
As lasers precisely measure the damaged sections of your vehicle, a computer compares these measurements to your vehicle's correct specifications. Damageeven hidden damage is precisely identified so you'll know exactly what repairs are needed before work begins. You even get a printout showing your vehicle's damage along with your
estimate. Which means now more costly surprises during the repair process.
These systems continue to measure your vehicle until structural repairs are completed to showroom quality. We'll then give you another printout documenting the results. You'll know that your vehicle doesn't just look great, but that it was fixed correctly, too, because you've got it in writing.
10.- Are our technicians ASE Certified?
Yes, Our technicians are Certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).
The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, (ASE) certifies the technical competence of individual technicians.
Prior to taking ASE certification tests, many technicians attend training classes or study on their own in order to brush up on their knowledge. By passing difficult, national tests, ASE-certified technicians prove their technical competence to themselves, to their employers, and to their customers.
Moreover, shop owners and managers who encourage their employees to become certified can be counted on to be concerned about the other aspects of their business.
